What We Do
We are a contract research organization (CRO) focusing on the R&D, product chemical analysis, and physicochemical property testing of pesticides, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and industrial chemicals. The company has obtained OECD GLP laboratory accreditation and pesticide registration testing unit accreditation from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of China, and can provide GLP data packages for customers for the registration of raw materials and formulations, assisting customers in global registration of their products.

岗位描述：
1、根据需检测的目标化合物，使用HPLC、GC等仪器开发色谱分析方法；
2、医药、农药、工业化学品的质量研究、分析方法验证的组织实施；
3、如实、准确、及时地记录原始数据，并及时汇总给项目负责人；
4、负责HPLC、GC等常规仪器的维护与保养。
岗位要求：
1. 药物化学、药物分析、分析化学、有机化学、等专业，本科及以上学历；

岗位描述：
1、操作使用Waters制备色谱仪器对小分子化合物和生物大分子进行分离纯化；
2、和送样人密切沟通，高效率、高质量、高收率地完成制备纯化任务；
3、管理和指导制备色谱团队工作。
岗位要求：
1、从事制备色谱工作至少2年，硕士及以上学历；
2、有Gilson或Waters或shimadzu制备色谱使用、维护经验；
3、熟悉HPLC和 LC-MS等色谱分析仪器，能够进行液相色谱分析方法开发；
4、熟练解析质谱谱图、核磁共振谱图；
5、具有较强的分析、解决问题和实验总结能力；
6、善于沟通，有团队合作精神，抗压能力强，有工作责任心。

岗位描述：
1、具有有机化学，药物化学，应用化学，精细化工本科以上学历，具有扎实的有机化学实验基础和多步合成工作经验；
2、工作主动认真、踏实、严谨、勤奋，有良好团队协作精神，高度的工作责任心；
3、对工艺研究有浓厚兴趣，善于观察和总结，能发现问题，并提出相应的解决方案；
4、负责文献的查阅、合成路线的设计及谱图的解析。
岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，药物化学、制药工程、有机化学、应用化学等相关专业；
2、熟悉原料药或中间体合成工艺开发及优化，有制药公司、CRO有机合成经验者优先；
3、掌握实验室常用的化合物分离提纯技术和结构鉴定方法，熟悉HPLC、NMR 、LCMS等仪器的使用操作和图谱解析；
4、责任心强，思路清晰，具有一定的组织能力；
5、熟悉并把握项目的进展，解决存在的问题，带领组员按时完成目标，清晰完整地完成项目报告书。
