Jiangsu BioGuide Laboratory Co,Ltd,
Jiangsu BioGuide Laboratory Co,Ltd. is a Contract Research Organization (CRO) focused on R&D, component analysis, and physicochemical property testing of pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, medical devices, and industrial chemicals. The company and its wholly-owned subsidiaries have obtained two OECD GLP certifications respectively from the Ministry of Health of Poland and the Ministry of Environment of Mexico, pesticide registration testing unit qualification from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of China, GLP laboratory qualifications in Paraguay and Argentina, and other relevant domestic and international qualifications, making it a fully independently operated contract research laboratory.
The company currently has two wholly-owned/invested companies: Jiangsu Baikangde Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. and Changzhou Aguifu Testing Technology Co., Ltd., among which Jiangsu Baikangde Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. has two holding subsidiaries: Jiangsu Kexu Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Yinoway Bio-Technology Co., Ltd.
Changzhou Aguifu Testing Technology Co., Ltd. holds the OECD GLP certificate issued by the Mexican EMA, with a testing scope covering product chemical testing of pesticides and industrial chemicals.
Jiangsu Kexu Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a holding company established by the company to expand its business scope and carry out medical device testing. It currently mainly provides chemical characterization testing services for products in the medical device field.
Jiangsu Yinuo Wei Xin Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a holding company established to undertake R&D projects outside of GLP projects. It currently mainly provides customers with sample pre-analysis and new product research services during the patent period (patent search, analysis, synthesis process research, etc.).
